CNC Machining
Our CNC machining capabilities are provided through CNC
vertical machining centers and CNC lathes. We have
complete capabilities for:
- Boring
- Cutting
- Drilling
- Grinding
- Milling
- Tapping
- Turning
Part programs can be created from your original drawings or
directly from supplied DWG, IGES, or DXF files. Completed
part programs can then be directly downloaded on demand to our
CNC equipment to meet your specific delivery requirements.
Conventional Machining
Our conventional machining capabilities are provided through
manual or semi-automatic mills, grinders, saws, and finishing
equipment. When required, we can combine conventional and
CNC machining techniques to provide completely finished
components that are ready for your use. See our Applications pages for more examples

Through our network of prequalified suppliers and
subcontractors, DSA can provide a wide range of pre or post
processing services needed to deliver completely finished
components for your use. These services can include:
